The apartments are old, so it's a given that things are not going to be perfect. But these are going for a higher rate than they should be. Yesterday rained, and it was a lot of rain. However, windows are meant to keep rain out. Our windows were not keeping the rain out. The framing around the doors/windows look as if you could simply push the window out at times. They paint over them, so it's not noticeable when looking the apartment over. The bedroom patio door doesn't close properly, and due to shifting leaves a gap. The water was streaming through the door, wetting to carpeting inside of the room. Sprinklers hitting the windows have the same effect. Get insurance if you do decide to move in. They will not take any liability for their negligence, and lack of attention to issues. The only attribute to this place is the maintenance man. He's kind, respectful, and a lively/energetic person. Never a bad word to say about him. He does the best he can with what he has to work with.
