The only decent aspect of this apartment complex is the parking. I never had a problem finding a spot. As for everything else: Noise--I constantly had bass playing through the walls/floors surrounding my apartment. Despite complaints, nothing was ever done. This would be anywhere from 7:00am in the morning to midnight. Grounds--I cannot tell you how many times I stepped in dog poop while going to do my laundry in the laundry facility onsite. The fences surrounding the complex have various holes and broken boards. The parking lot is pitted. There is a constant array of old furniture hanging out around the dumpsters. Safety--My vehicle had a hole punched in the side of it in the middle of the night. I have been yelled at and cattle called from people partying in the parking lot at 6:00am. I would never live here alone. Construction--They have fixed a few potholes. Unfortunately, the buildings are cracking and the foundation is no good. Maintenance--they are OK if you put in a request, but common things that should be taken care of (like air filters) are not taken care of. Staff-- Sometimes answer the phone. They like to take long lunch breaks at various hours, or leave early for "bowling" tournaments. Your water will be shut off on many many occasions, despite no warning from the staff. It's really fun when you have no water for 2 days straight. Not like it's a necessity to sustain life or anything. Overall, I would not live here again. As a warning, upon move-out they try to pin you down to pay for things that were already damaged and noted when you moved in. Additionally, there are many loopholes in their policy that require you to pay upon move out, regardless of whether you have done everything correctly or not.
