I lived here for two years. I left the townhouse cleaner than when I received it and although my lease was up and they knew I was moving out they charged me $1697.00 for not giving a 60 day notice "in writing." You have a choice of paying or it goes on your credit report and you are plagued by a collection agency. I paid it. It came at the perfect time since I was involved in a costly custody battle. None of the problems I reported were ever fixed to include the door in my daughter's room that was hanging on with one hinge. The small pool was almost always "out of order." There were several stray cats that used the gravel on the playground as a litter box. The laundry room was never cleaned so try not to drop anything on the floor. The biggest gripe I have is the water bill is calculated by sq footage so if you live in one of the townhouses, you will be paying for more water than you use. I paid anywhere from $45. to $65. which was ridicules. I could go on...just don't have the time.
