We have been here since mid 2011 and although they're not perfect the management (old & new) are responsive and helpful. The square footage for the dollar is amazing for this area! Altho we DID have drug dealers nearby, it was very short lived and taken care of. We DID have loud partiers nearby- also short lived and dealt with. We had one rude, noisy neighbor who also didn't last long. The biggest complaint I have is the TENANTS who are SO careless with their trash, and some folks NEVER clean up after their dogs. 98% do. There are also some "attack cats" that roam free- which is completely against UC city ordinance, but I can defend myself... The new maintenance guys can't hold a candle to the guy who was here when we moved in, but they have a LOT to deal with. There's always been at least ONE pool functioning. All in all- this is a great complex for the price. Yes, I would recommend this place.
