Frequently without hot water (min once a month). Residents are terrible at walking their dogs and not picking up the droppings. Several stray/wandering cats. Parking after 8p is EXTREMELY challenging. Fixtures and counters in actual apartments do not look like the model. Ants remain a problem. Maintenance is nice, the just take forever to get to request. I'm still waiting on items from Fall 2017 and its Spring 2018.
