I would not reccommend moving here unless you just need a cheap place to live, because this place is cheap. I moved here directly out of college because I was out of money, and it was practically all that I could afford. Since I have moved here my oven exploded once, my toilet has leaked on multiple occasions, my sliding glass door(which you cannot see out of because it is corroded) has had a major leak, and the bathroom ceiling is coming down. Nothing has been newly replaced! All that has been done are replacements of small parts to keep the worn-out element of the apartment in use when, frankly, it just needs to be replaced.
The newest problem is roaches. Despite my efforts to gut my kitchen of any food, they are still everywhere, and the manager simply stated that someone is living like a slob over there (which I felt he implied me) and that the roaches are attracted to food,...no duh! I wanted to ask if he kept food in his kitchen, but to be polite I decided to bow out gracefully, and I have continued to wait for what has turned into weeks for something to be done about it....and nothing has.
I could go on and on about the poor laundry facilities and the terribly shoddy landscaping upkeep, but I think the basic problems can speak for themselves when it comes to how everything else runs around here.
I don't like it here, and I want to leave. The rent was raised an extra $50.00 and no improvements can be detected. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
