After I read some of the completely sad attempts to either make this lovely complex look bad, or to insult the nice girls in the office, I had to comment and give my own take on living here.

This place is amazing. You can say what you want if you're into being delusional, but it's just straight up gorgeous. The berber carpet, the ceramic tile, the huge bathrooms, the awesome insulation (so I can only hear my neighbor's loud music or dogs barking from the outside), the custom wood cabinets, the low electricity bills...there is only one thing about this complex that isn't exactly what I would have wanted.

The parking. It sucks. If I get home after 6pm on a week night, I am walking 1 or 2 buildings away to get to my apartment. I am somewhat concerned about how much worse the problem will get when all the buildings are filled. I realize you can rent a garage to have a guaranteed space, but the garages are pretty far away as well, in addition to the extra cost.

I lived in The Park at Armand Bayou previously, and although it is a nice place (the landscaping being the most outstanding feature, though the maintenance and parking were good as well), the apartments themselves are not as nice as the ones here. The price was also around 100$ a month more, so honestly I think this place is a decent value.

Regarding the management, the girls in the office have never been anything but friendly and professional to me. Sarah and Shelby in particular I have dealt with the most often, and they are very sweet. I'm not sure where you folks who say you're having problems are coming from...have you tried being polite back? :P Give it a try. I'm sure you'll receive a similar response to the one I have.
