MY NEW REVIEW KEEPS GETTING REPLACED BY THE ONE FROM ALMOST 2 years ago! So again- 81-19 Brittany Andress-I absolutely loved the staff/environment and what they stood for during my first year here. They were bought out and new management took over. So many things wrong and so many lines crossed. I pay $1500 to live in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. That's NOT including TV, Internet etc.... water issues nonstop. This place is quite literally sinking, there's always water issues and there's not a day that goes by that you do not see maintenance pumping water out of apartments or trying to build drainage holes so water doesn't flood our front yards, the entire premises for that matter. Is this used to be water, the lake came through here. The front desk make you feel like a nuisance or like you are absolutely crazy. At one point I was called a liar, after videoing the entire event which was extremely offensive and degrading. Keep your documentation and photo/video evidence of everything or you will just be looked at as well as targeted. Heaven forbid you ask questions about how the improvements are coming along to resolve flooding issues, that immediately puts a target on your back. At least it did for me. I still live here, I feel like I'm harassed to the point of me not even wanting to walk outside. I make a complaint in the proper, protocol way and it's not serious. Yet I am boiling water to give my son a bath, having to stay in hotels, the list goes on. There was no urgency until I quite literally had to go to the office explain, for the sixth time on the same exact issues as well as post a video to my Facebook. At that point it became "Brittany we need to get in there ASAP due to what your lease agreement says, we cannot have you and your son living in these conditions"... we've been living in these "conditions" since I moved over to this building. They knew that, as some of the employees I went to high school with, they watched my Facebook feed and knew exactly what was going on. And trust me, I know how urgent it was when I filed the complaint/work orders, but somehow they "slip through the cracks"... I will say when I lived in the building before I had rarely any issues. We enjoyed it and loved living here.It's got to the point where nobody seems remorseful or wanting to help, it's just passive aggressive. Not to mention all the other lines that have been crossed. I loved living here before as did my son, but nobody wants to live where you feel targeted or like they don't want you there anymore. It's very uncomfortable and unhealthy for anybody even in the greatest mental state. I've had to pay $75 water bill, my average monthly water bill was between five and six dollars. THEY noticed a problem with the water on my bill, which I had previously stated multiple times that the water issues were not going away. I still had to pay that $75 water bill.Check everything when you move in, video document. Stay clear of building 4 as well as the townhomes on the East side of the property line (facing Fort Worth). They are constantly flooded up to the back porches, stagnant water full of mosquitoes and a very pungent ODOR ...it's a mess point blank. constant problems with toilets and water because of the sediment which has been a problem for a very long time. I have talked to nine people now who have to have/or have had their toilets fixed on multiple occasions because the sediment in the back of the toilet builds up as well as the same water issues I have. Again, when I lived in building seven I had no problems it was amazing but the moment I moved into a new building, it's honestly been hell. The many people that I have spoken with that have recently left/broke their leases and some still living here are very upset but nobody seems to care So they keep their heads down, don't ask questions and lay low until their leases are up. I refuse to do that. Beautiful community and this community is developing pretty quickly.A church is being built, which is amazing. I think the New owner came in with the attitude of "out with the old and in with the new", since then so many people have moved out because of the way they've been treated while people from Dallas/Fort Worth have been moving in. A good friend and fellow business owner moved out a month ago, breaking her lease. The reason being, the Complex wrote "Financial issues" being the reason that she left. That is so far from the truth, not my story to tell, although it is being handled. Be cautious. I'm sure these issues will be resolved, but they have completely ruined my entire experience here. I will say it is a great family environment as long as you don't ask questions. It says attach a photo or video below, the videos/photos recordings that I have to go into terabytes so there's no way that they can upload on here. Lastly, I noticed that many of the five star reviews are from employees or husbands/wives of employees. It's just a mess.... feel free to go to my main profile and look at photos and videos of all of this in chronological order. I've also noticed that I keep putting my honest review up and they keep being replaced by my original review when I very first moved in. I have taken many screenshots, this is absurd.
