It has been fantastic. Very kind people and quite neighbors. The only issue there has been with parking, and the garbage trucks in the early morning. Other then those two small details it has been a perfect living environment!

Pinnacles is well taken care of, and the grounds and buildings are kept in immaculate condition. The services and repairs needed are attended too usually the same day. The only negative thing l would say is the noise from the people above.

Nice, quiet community. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner. Great location, close to canyons, schools and shopping. Less than 30 minutes to the airport. Stunning views. Plenty of parking for guests.

Pinnacle Highland offers beautiful apartments that are centrally and conveniently located to everything in Salt Lake. However, management does not follow up on their policies especially with off-leash dogs. They are also slightly above rent but the amenities make it worth it.

Unit space/layout is good. Outside noise is ridiculous (low quality windows). Floors squeak between units. You cannot hear voices/tv between units- but other noise is frustrating. Pet waste is not an issue. Parking is nonexistent if you have more than one car per unit.
