We have lived here about a year. Since the new management took over, things have gone downhill. -------, the old manager was always very pleasant, approachable and professional and got things done. -----, the new manager not so much. She's rarely in the office or reachable by phone. There was trash everywhere in front of our unit from the construction that didn't get cleaned up for the first several months that ----- was here. We've approached her for things on several occasions and she has always been rude and unprofessional on so many levels, namely an ongoing process of getting a replacement remote key for our garage, and when I has having issues with my mailbox (she rudely walked past me in the parking lot, cutting me off and telling me it wasn't her problem apparently in a hurry to leave work for the day). Parking is ridiculous, we at least have a garage but if you have any guests they will not be able to find a spot after 5pm and their car will be towed in a heartbeat if they park on a curb or in front of your garage. My husband and I were late on our rent one month (----- was of course not in the office when we contacted them about it so another manager handled it.) and she was extremely nasty with my husband, shrilly accusing him of avoiding her and and showing up at our door while we were away with two random maintenance guys (we saw on our security camera) like we live in ---- Germany or something. My husband contacted her back and calmly got it sorted out, but her actions prior to that scream of irrationality and unprofessionalism. We aren't the kind of people who complain a lot, but after everything this was the last straw. Our neighbors have had similar interactions with her. She'll gladly collect your money but when it comes to any other interaction she's extremely rude. This community has become somewhat of a hostile environment and if you're going to sign a lease with someone I wouldn't trust this property anymore.
