Out of the many apartments that I have lived in, Austin ridge court is, by a significant margin, the worst. I do not recommend them at all. The management is a joke. Our heating went out and the furnace kept circulating the cold air, non stop. We called management and two days later a guy showed up, checked it and left without saying anything, came back the next day with a crappy floor heater that barely worked to heat one room, but with the cold air circulating it was basically moot. he then came back and "fixed" the furnace. It went out a week later, being sick of it and kind of mechanically inclined I looked into the furnace only to see shotty wire splicing and poor tape jobs, I am surprised the place didn't burn down. So without wanting to deal with the mismatched poorly put together furnace we called them again and the same show happened, he came, he left, brought back a heater, left again, then came back a bit later to "fix" it. this time it lasted a whole month before it broke again.
The lady in the office, Naomi, (though I think they replaced her) Seemed dazed and confused all the time. and dealing with her was awful.
Now there is a giant parking garage for the Aggie Factory shadowing the apartments at anytime past 4 PM.
Don't live there if you can. It's not a good experience.
