Resident 2015 - 2016

2/6/2017

These apartments, put eloquently, are GARBAGE. Their respective management is also, GARBAGE. The apartments are constantly overrun with bugs, blistering hot summers with no AC, and freezing cold winters when the cold gets trapped in. The plumbing is a joke, we had a pipe burst above us, and when attempting to contact the "management" it took three days to get back to us. THREE DAYS. The management will never help you with anything, and look to screw you out of money at every opportunity. There is a large parking structure of concrete towering over the apartments, and if it snows, don't even attempt to dig out your car. They won't. After the nit picky cleaning checks that are hypocritical in EVERY way, and deposit slashes for NO reason, these apartments have proved to be the pop up book from from the bad place that every college student hopes they DON'T end up in. Though stated on the website, there is NO wifi. We, the tenants, ended up purchasing our own. Initially they did have wifi, but it didn't work, so they unplugged it and informed everyone to get their own wifi. Professional. The ceilings and walls are paper thin, resulting in it sounding like there are 50 Santas playing musical chairs above you all night, and you also get lulled to sleep by the sound of screaming college girls. I have seen some things, and usually do not post reviews, but I feel that it would be a disservice to students in Logan if I did not let you know the horrendous garbage hole these apartments are. Disgusting.
