Bridger Pointe Apartments

The apartments look nice at a glance and I was happy to pay a higher rent for the commodities like a seasonal pool, year round jacuzzi, and gym. However, it wasn't until after a few months that my household realized the jacuzzi was NEVER open. It was constantly under maintenance because of poor upkeep. They would shock the pool (chemical cleaning) and leave it closed for days as opposed to the 12-24 hours it should have been. When we had maintenance issues we would literally call a dozen times before finally giving to try again the following day. In one case we were told to stop calling because they had caller ID and they would call us back when they had time. Except the office is rarely busy! In the 12 month I lived there I only ever saw the management walking the grounds to give tours to potential tenants. The main office is a decent distance from the bridger pointe community. Rent was never an issue and we were charged fairly after moving out. One thing that bothered me was that once we moved out we put the reason for moving as "bad management & cost" and when our final statement came to us the only reason listed was "cost" and the form is filed by the complex management. Walls are fairly thick with thin roof so be aware. It proximity to store and bus routes was very convenient but I would highly advise moving closer to campus if your a student or simply avoiding this complex as a family.
