I lived in Candlestick Lane for two years. I am very happy to be out of there! When I moved in Scott took care of me and he was wonderful. Really nice and down to earth. However all the girls in the office, especially Wendy is very passive aggressive and rude. They have the audacity to talk down to to everyone, even though they are working in a run down apartment complex. When something broke, it took about three days for them to come and fix it. Forget ever using your dish washer ... it flooded every other use. Then the water would sit stagnant and STINK really bad. When I called about this for about the 5th time.. she said it would take a few days. When I got upset, her only snappy response was "Oh it's fine." Really? I'ts..."fine." Customer service is non-existent!
When you move out, they will charge you whatever they want with zero respect for you. I paid on time every month, I never had one "issue" with anything there. Noise etc. I don't smoke. I was a perfect tenant. However, when I moved out, they charged me with 400 dollars of cleaning fees. Mind you, this is is a run down dump that was built in the 80's. When I moved out, I steamed cleaned the floors, cleaned the walls, and scrubbed like there was no tomorrow. Although I did all of that, they charged me this exorbitant amount. I did not tear the place up, nothing more than normal living wear and tear from two years in an already torn down gross apartment complex. When I moved in, there were stains on the mirrors, big yellow marks on the floors, and the place had this old musty smell. My roommate found a tarantula on the floor one day.. seriously. Just take a gander at all the rust accumulating along the outside. Is that where you want to live? It honestly just feels like you are breathing in dust and nastiness.
Live somewhere else. The management is rude, they overcharge you, and there are sketchy people. Unless of course you like car alarms waking you up all night, living in a musky, dirty/old complex, and paying them all of your hard earned money while they fiscally rape you once you decide move out, please don't move in.
