Apartments for 1 BHK(old ones which are still good and not that old) is $880(includes $30 CAM fee and $10 Property Tax) + Utility bill(Trash, Sewer, Common Gas, Common Electricity, Water, Convergent Fee, which can vary from $25 to $35) (*If you get remodeled apartments then the cost of 1 BHK will be $1040 + Utility bills). If you are living for short term lease then $50(maybe more) extra per month. Deposit is high as compared to other Apartment Communities (I paid one-month full rent as a Deposit). They have recently created a GYM area which will cost you some one time $50 for an access card. Residents/ Tenants will get Roofed parking. There are no other amenities like Indoor/Outdoor swimming pool or Playing area. In 1-2 mile radius there is a Smith's Grocers, Walgreens, Walmart @ 4500 S, Cancun Cafe, Tickles Burger, 7-eleven, Stag Barber's shop and few more restaurants @ 3900 S. One Public library near 3300 S. There is a Chase Bank and ATM @4000 S. There is a bus stop right outside the community.
