This review is written on the management under Avenue5 company only. It does not apply to current management which are a lot better than the management in this review. The management was under Derick. He always smile to residents but he always push back to not fix anything over $50. The apartment is over 30 years old, so he tries to save money into his own pocket and hold parties for outside people on Sunday for extra income. That happened several times this summer, but residents cannot enter the club house on Sunday. The worst things about this apartment were the security and maintenance. Several cars got broken window at late night but no security enhancement during the management above. There is only one maintenance staff, Charles. He is the tall African. He was only walking around the apartment units and collect tree leaves. However he almost never fix anything that management assigned to him. He is very lazy. When new management comes in to replace Derick, Charles was kicked away. That's the best thing the new management has done ever! If you signed a lease under Derick's management, you are guaranteed to get unfair raise when it's over.
