The follow up of the management is terrible. It has been two weeks since my move in, all windows were dirty as hell. I can barely see the outside and the carpet in both bedroom are still not dry. I went twice to the lease office, call them third times for a follow up on this and to get those fixed. Nobody came. I am as still of today 15 days later with my dirty windows and my wet carpets. Appliances, building and apartment are old, like really old, weird smell in the cupboard and the room, the laundry equipment do not properly work: the washing machine is not able to wash and rinse out a simple bath towel nor a bed sheet and the dryer is not able to dry it. They are part of the rent but would prefer having to pay for something that works. Heater water are limited when you take a shower you better take your shower in 5min otherwise you will finish with cold water. I am stuck with this apartment and I will not recommend this property to anyone even for a temporary stay.
