We just moved here in December 2020. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The space is clean and we received much more than expected when compared to previous apartment communities. Clover Creek is tucked away off the main road and although our unit is on the 3rd floor, its very accessible for us. The neighbors are nice, approachable, and courteous. If a problem does arise you feel comfortable discussing it with them. Parking availability is great for those without parking passes and the stalls are very close to the building entrance. Inside the unit I can reach all the cabinets in the kitchen (I'm 5'4") and the showerhead is tall enough that my 5'11" partner doesn't have to duck down to shower. It was easy to transfer internet to the apartment unit and the main office has an Amazon Hub. The freeway entrance to I-15, Smith's grocery, and Holiday Oil are all within 2 minutes of us. Also, there are plenty of fast food and dine-in restaurants, Intermountain Hospital, Costco, and Murray Trax Station within 5 minutes. I went to elementary school, junior high, and high school all within 6 minutes of this apartment community! We have been here for 3 months now and love everything so far.
