Resident 2017

11/3/2017

Hunters Woods offers great space for cheap pricing, but that is about all that they have to offer. We moved in 6 months ago, and we were not able to see the apartment before we moved in. We were moved into another apartment because "the guy living in the one we were suppose to have decided to stay." We have a dog who is pad trained. She does not use the bathroom anywhere else. We came home to a notice on our door stating "Violation of Lease" accusing us that we have not picked up after our dog. Sorry, but we don't allow our apartment to smell of feces and urine, so we surely do clean up after our dog ASAP. The "violation" ended with stating "please contact the office so we can resolve this matter" once we contacted the office, we were told EVERYONE got one of these notices. I find it ridiculous to inform someone of notice by stating that they have "violated their lease" and then stating "Oh dont worry about that, everyone received one." It is very unprofessional and should not have been written that way. My friend's family decided to move into the apartments after we did and when they brought our name up, management stated my SO is "demanding." Personal opinions are fine, but not in the business industry to your residents. We would not have to come off as "demanding" if there was some form of communication between us and management. It takes MONTHS for anything to be fixed in our apartment. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
