As the new manager of a new office staff here at James Pointe, your post was very concerning to me. Please stop by or call the office and we can discuss the concerns you have with your neighbors. As the new Manager here, I was concerned to here about the issues you have had here. Since the end of August we have an entirely new office staff. I am so sorry that the pigeons on the roof have been a bother to you - we are working with a specialist to help limit how many birds are flying and landing on the roof, and we will continue to work with them on this situation. We do care about your home, and the birds that are landing near your balcony, and will continue to make this a priority with the experts. We are also working on a new off leash area, and are in hopes that this will encourage our pet owners to take their dogs there and limit the 'presents' left behind - again, your experience is important to us. Our office team will do another concentrated clean up around your building, and our maintenance team will continue their efforts as well.
