We just moved in about a month ago and love it so far. Maintenance is quick and on top of things and management is always helpful. My only complaint is the apartment complex behind us, there's always people out late at night (2am) being loud.

Guest parking can be found on the North side of 1530 North. This is the main road of the community. Guests can park anywhere on this road that is not marked as a fire lane. All of the South side of this road is designated as a fire lane.
