The only good thing I can really say is that my apt appliances were fairly new and my contract was only for the semester. THANK GOODNESS!!!

The office people are incapable of performing their jobs correctly. Customer satisfaction is not anywhere to be seen. In fact if you want to test your ability to be pissed off quick, try speaking to the management 9-6 m-f. I was due to move in on a Monday (contract wise) yet there was no furniture in the apt. It was not until after many reminders and finally an ultimatum that they put “some” furniture of “poor” condition in my apartment not fair…poor. The office guy blew me off so many times. The gist well I had 4 days of not being able to live in my apartment yet I paid for it. I went to get some compensation, fair enough right they broke their contract? I got told by a person there that there is nothing they could do and then an attempt to show me in the contract proves them wrong. The contract proves they are supposed to furnish the apartment. I could see I was not getting anywhere behaving professionally so I had to raise my voice and make demands in front of other tenants before I even got the question “What would you like me to do”? All good customer service should hit on that in some form..after all customers give them paychecks. I got those days credited to my next months rent but the whole event has made me distraught and poor management is not worth dealing with ever again. Not to mention the apartment was not even professionally cleaned when I moved in. You know how college students leave their apartments. Imagine moving into that after they moved out. NOT cool!

Props goes to Courtside Apts for being the most unprofessional, unreliable, and incredibly filthy complex.
