Me and my family have lived here for over a year and a half. Sadly, a lot of the previous complaints have been true. BUT they have recently found new management and things have really turned around. I don't smell cigarette smoke ALL the time like I used to. I actually can't remember the last time I smelled it. Maintenance is now much faster at responding to requests. And the office staff is actually there and answers their phone during business hours and they're pretty courteous. Great improvement!
I have also loved all the neighbors and people we've met--but that's just my limited experience and people move so much that neighbors could be different for everyone.
There are still a great number of pets (even if they're medically necessary, just stating there are still quite a few) and during the summer grounds crew comes at 7am every Tuesday (which is in violation of 'quiet hours' 8am-10pm). Honestly though, it's a great place to live. You're in walking distance of the PG library, a fantastic $3 movie theater, great stores, 'downtown' PG, great parks, and you can walk to Strawberry Days in the Summer.
We've enjoyed living here :)
Update:
So, just kidding, just found out that this amazing new management has been replaced and things are back to how they were :(
