It is nice to live right on the banks of the Provo river, but I would say that of all of the complexes I have lived in in Provo, this is the least safe. Not a safe area to live. The private rooms are reasonably large and have nice closet shelving. Bathrooms can be nice once cleaned, you just cannot use the vanity shelves because they are all molded. I had to duct tape the entire outside edge of the shower/tub because there was so much mold occurring. The apartments are all naturally extremely dark; very little lighting inside the apartment, and the windows don't do very much because the complex is surrounded by trees. The kitchen is generally larger than can be found elsewhere in Provo, but again, all of the cupboards/shelving are suspect and molding. I have had only unpleasant experiences with the management here; they are unresponsive to tenant needs. I have found that this is very normal for Provo complexes because they are run by larger real estate organizations, in this case Horizon. I do not believe that Branbury fulfills the necessary requirements to provide BYU-contracted housing.
