Ever since resident management changed we haven't been exactly happy with Cambridge. For one, our door's electric lock barely functions (it takes 5-10mins of repeated code-entry to open) and the management simply told us that all the locks are like that cause it is cold outside. I don't think everyone takes 10 mins to get into their house. Second, We were charged an extra months' rent when our contract expired because we didn't let them know we were moving at the end of our contracted period. Isn't that what happens when something expires?
