The land lady is one of the most responsive my wife or I have had, and it always confuses me when I hear people talking bad about her. She almost always responds to a phone call within a day or two of calling, and is very approachable when she's on site (which is often, she does most of the maintenance herself). There's enough parking for everyone in the complex, with many people opting to have two vehicles. Storage space is a little tight, but we've managed. Cable TV is included in the rent prices, tenants need to pay for Electricity and their own Internet (I recently discovered that Comcast considers internet you get from them as a bundle with the TV, so you pay a lower rate. Google Fiber details are still coming as of this writing). I might recommend looking for a two bedroom apartment for the space, but with how close it is to campus it's hard to beat.
