Don't live here unless you have to. You can hear everything your neighbors do, and they're newlyweds. Lots of bedroom activity (makes things awkward), footsteps, conversations, movies and TV, parties, exercise, and other everyday stuff. The landlord is good about maintenance and upkeep. I told her that a washing machine wasn't working and it ate my quarters, and she reimbursed me and quickly had it fixed. She makes sure your place is SPOTLESS and perfect when you move in, but you will pay for it when you check out. We put no holes in the wall to save money, but she charged us a $25 "minimum fee" that wasn't even in the contract. I checked. Maybe she's put it in since then - I sure hope so. We also cleaned very well but ended up losing almost all our security deposit to her cleaning crew-common occurrence. I guess it was worth it for me, though. I needed something close to campus because walking and biking were painful.
