The only good thing about this apartment was that mainanence was very on top of things. I moved here because of how close to campus it was, but it was not worth it at all. One of my biggest complaints was that they moved me from one apartment to another in the middle of my contract so they could rent it out to a married couple, neither of whom were BYU students, or observed te honor code (they had a cat and smoked). They also still have a married couple in one of the apartments, and I could be wrong, but I thought that was only allowed in the summer? At the end of the summer I moved back into my original apartment to discover that it was in horrible shape. There was cat hair, the sofas were torn up, it smelled like smoke and the whole apartment was in disrepair. We had to make a new maintanence request almost every day throughout the semester. Additionally, the office hours they post are never upheld. If you go to the office during their hours you might find them there one out of five times. My bike was stolen along with several others from the garage, and they did nothing about it. There is not enough parking, and the garage is designed terribly. There is barely room to park. The last straw for me was that even after I sold my contract, checked out and the new girl moved in, they're still charging my account. Management really needs to start being more professional. I don't recommend living here.
