The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Mckenz_Q we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. There are other forms of income one can provide, liquid assets being one of them and the least common one. We agree, many people with 90k liquid assets would be want a house rather than an apartment. Moving can be stressful for everyone. In addition, we will be adding Luxer One for all the over flow/oversize packages that are delivered and available 24-7. I am sorry the carrier's have misplaced your packages. If there is a carrier that has repeatedly misplaced your package, we recommend reaching out to that carrier. Are parking lots are under surveillance and we are here to help to the best of our ability. Please contact the office so we may review the surveillance to help answer questions regarding your motorcycle. We are always looking for ways to improve and your feedback is important to us.

We are happy to have a paw park for our fur friends to enjoy in down town SLC. Our paw park is share with our sister community next door and love the new dog toys that were put in for the to play with. We look forward to our improvements with the dog park drainage.
