I haven't had any major complaints. Our apartment had new flooring and paint when we moved in and has a lovely view of the creek. Maintenance is really on top of requests and keeping the grounds beautiful. I don't feel like I know my neighbors well at all, but that might be more of a reflection on me. Management seems to be good and responsive, though our rent went up $15/month and I'm not sure why. I love having the fitness center, though I wish it opened earlier so I could go before work. The pool area is really nice and well maintained. Overall we've had a great experience here!
