Speaking on the company, from the leasing office to maintenance has always been professional and outstanding with everything they do. And don't even get me started on the events that the apartment complex hosts! They plan everything out and makes it enjoyable for the whole community! Keep up the amazing work riverbend

I think they could do more for saftey for the residents. This would include safety hand rails for the entrance into the breeze ways the steps get very icy and there is nothing to assist going up or down the steps. I personally have slipped on the ice and have fallen several times.

I've lived in the complex since 2022 and have found things to be more than satisfactory. I'm very pleased and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place. My only problem here is there's no lighting in the courtyard and pool area at night. A lot of people walk their dogs after dark or go to the gym after dark and without lights it's dangerous.

Love living at this community! It’s quiet and cute. Everyone from my neighbors to the staff has been very friendly. The staff host fun events, there is a pool, hot tub, and gym! Everything that I could need! I plan on living here for a long time.

Overall I have had a very good experience with Riverbend during my 9 years at this apartment complex. The office team is very professional and helpful as is the maintenance crew. The only real issue I have had is with Greystar who I sent my apartment rental insurance information to 4 times and they still continued to bill me for it for 4 months. However, I finally did receive a credit for it.

The unit is ready and well clean when we move-in. Have great amenities such as pool, hot tub, and even dog park for your dogs. The whole leasing process is smooth compare to other apartments staff. Matt and Jordyn are great and very helpful in the process!

Been here for 7 years with no issues, but It would be great if we had better security. My car got broken into and stolen for the first time ever in the time I've been here, but because there aren't any cameras or something no one was able to ID and charge the person. A security guard would be nice too. Patrolling inside the parking spots to hopefully stop things like this from happening again. Other than that I've never felt unsafe or anything in my time here.

Excellent community, Excellent apartments, office staff are very attentive. I recommend Riverbend to everyone. The gym is a good size. The swimming pools are wonderful and there is a large area of ??lawn and trees for children to play.

I feel like calling Riverbend Apartments luxury apartments is misleading. The leasing staff are nice for the most part but the quality of the apartments and community are far below luxury. There are junkies wandering around the property which makes me uncomfortable to walk at night with my dog. They consistently go through the dumpsters and leave a giant mess. My boyfriend’s car was stolen a couple months ago and the leasing office said that cars are constantly being broken into. I understand this isn’t necessarily the managements fault but they could install a fence/gate or cameras around the property. Matinence is usually good about coming the next day or day of any matinence request but they do the absolute bare minimum and i’ve had to have them come back a couple weeks later to fix stuff that broke again because they didn’t do quality work. I’ve also had to have them come every couple weeks for other things that keep breaking due to poor repairs. The grounds kept somewhat clean, the trash cans around the property to clean up pet waste are rarely emptied so they’re overflowing regularly and smell really bad in the summer. They’ve also said that they were going to power wash the airways but did an awful job. There’s also wasp nests all over the property. All of these things wouldn’t be a huge deal if the apartment wasn’t overpriced and advertised as luxury apartments. I’m charged for “community utilities” but it doesn’t feel like they are really going to use. Advertising these apartments is very misleading and they shouldn’t be as expensive as they are for the area they are in and the quality of the community.

So far so good, it's a very quiet and peaceful community. I love my apartment, it's perfect for my daughter and I :)! Very clean, updated, the ceiling to floor windows are AMAZING and everything I wanted, all of the greenery and trees are a big plus for me, it's close to the freeway, and all of your go to stores, I love the google fiber included internet, having a washer and a dryer, I could list so much! Matt (leasing assistant manager) is awesome too! Thanks for everything Matt...you've truly made my move in here at riverbend super easy and you were so on top of my questions and concerns.

Riverbend is a very nice community, it’s big but quiet. Everyone minds their own business and respects their neighbors but also wave hi once in a while. The leasing team has been amazing working with us! The amenities are always clean. There’s a lot of nature all around us! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Just moved in and everything has been ok so far. I do wish there was better communication for maintenance. I called after hours and it was a line that did not accept calls. I am not sure what I am supposed to do in case of emergencies. Other than that, no other problems which is pretty much what you want for just moving into an apartment.

It is an amazing community, workers at the office are extremely helpful and everything is clean all the time, the only downside that I had was due to noisy neighbors but they moved and now I am pretty happy living here

I love this place! Property management and maintenance staff always go above and beyond. Happy to be living here! Can't wait for summer to come so the pool will be open. They have kept up diligently with snow removal during the winter, the grounds are wonderful all year long. Looking forward to the spring to see what they plant! We lived here back in the early '90s, and it's still a wonderful place to live!

Like the staff, maintenance was quick to fix things. So far hasn't been loud around my apartment. Feel pretty safe, haven't really tried any of the amenities. Wondering if hot tub is on currently, would be nice with it being winter!

I've enjoyed. my 1.75 years here. I like the apartment, the appliances are great. I haven't really used the amenities, but the other residents seem to enjoy them. After having moved 5 times in 5 years, I'm not planning on going anywhere for a while.

This is the first apartment that I have had that actually feels like home to me. It is such a nice area and super spacious. The court yard is one of my favorites and is kept up as well. The staff and everyone there is so helpful and professional.
