DO NOT LIVE HERE
If you value your life, property, sanity, hearing, and safety, please do not even think of this place as an option. Go to a homeless shelter if you are that desperate, it would be better than here. Management is awful, more than likely none of them graduated from High School. And to them a "Year Lease" is 13 months, so watch out for that if you decide to torture yourselves by living here. Since when is a year 13 months? Our toilet was broken for 4 months, we asked multiple times to have it fixed, when they finally did come, at the END of our lease, all he brought was a plunger. Needless to say, the issue was not resolved. Children break everything and swarm the property like flies and have ZERO respect. My girlfriend on many occasions by the tenants below and surrounding areas was sexually harassed to the point we tried to get out of our lease for her safety. Obviously safety is not a priority to the managament. 12 immigrants, whether they be legal or not, are living in the apartment below us. Let me repeat that, TWELVE. The same story goes for the apartment directly next to us. If you are caucasian and female, you will be stared up and down everytime you leave your apartment and whistled at, along with crude remarks and gestures. The chlorine in the tap water from the sinks and showers is absolutely horrific. Get a filter again if you want to torture yourself by living here. Once you live here, you are on your own. Do not bother asking anything from management. Leave your alarm clock where you are now, you dont need one. You'll be woken up by blaring Latino Music every morning without fail. And you will fall asleep to the same lovely, picture ratteling noise. Probably 4 out 5 employees dont speak English (there is probably only 4 employees total) and probably ZERO of all the tenants after we moved out. FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE, YOU ARE IN FOR A SCARE. Sell your soul to the ----- before you move in here.11/15/2023
