At 'The Grove' there was a change in managing leadership at the same time I was getting settled. Simple maintenance was conducted quickly but the more complex repairs to the air conditioning unit took about two months. This can be attributed to prior maintenance and the volume of tasks moved to the new organization.
This tenant is happy that the new management allowed a professional contractor to assist and coach the maintenance staff so the air conditioning is now performing perfectly at my unit.
I witnessed a family of about 20 ducklings growing at the pond. The grounds are well kept, parking lots clear, sidewalks free of breaks, valet trash picked up promptly. The only real nuisance is something we cannot do anything about without reducing the wonderful view of the adjacent golf course - the traffic noise. Thankfully closed double-pane windows, energy-efficient windows solve that.
