Clean, lots of parking, close to stores, kid friendly, lots of activities. The property needs more upkeep in areas, but it's not horrible. Only complaint is some neighbors are fairly noisy, but that's not the properties doing.

We did see that you were experiencing a problem with pests on a recent survey we sent out and we have been trying to contact you to review our pest control options. Please give us a call back at your earliest convenience so we can discuss a resolution. While we do not have any record of a service request issue, we always aim to address maintenance requests as soon as possible and always get your permission and/or provide notice of when we will be visiting your home. Adrienne, it's disheartening to learn that we have fallen short of providing you with an enjoyable experience and we would love the opportunity to change your perception. We are concerned at some of the comments made regarding our phone number as we have not received any additional complaints with people having these issues. We do have records of your maintenance requests but have had trouble in the past when it comes to confirming a time for our maintenance team to visit your home which caused a delay in resolving your concerns. Love this apartment and area. Wish they kept up on the trash removal and grounds a little better, but it's still a wonderful place to live and that will not stop me from renewing my lease next year! Staff is great!

The community is great. The proximity to Soda Row, the lakes, and the walking trails are nice. The apartments are also very nice. However the management staff is the ABSOLUTE WORST. They are unhelpful, condescending, and rude.
