Our team aims to provide residents in our community with a comfortable home and we take your happiness and satisfaction very seriously. If you have any maintenance concerns, we would be happy to address them, we just ask that you submit a work order to us. It's wonderful to know that you are enjoying our beautiful grounds and convenient location, though we're sorry to see that your rating is not higher at this time. You have our sincere apologies regarding the smoke in your apartment, and it does go against our community smoking policies. We assure you, our team does care deeply about the comfort of residents like yourself, and we are happy to have been able to speak with you and come up with a plan to resolve this issue. Hi, Joshua. We are sorry to hear that your time at our community has not been as pleasant as you have hoped. We understand your frustration, and we would love the opportunity to discuss these concerns with you. When you moved in, the community was under a different management company and were unaware of these problems upon move in. Once we installed the washer and dryer you requested, we require all of our residents to sign a new lease. Unfortunately we had to charge you an additional month because you gave us a 30 day notice when the lease states you must require a 60 day notice. We would love to discuss any other concerns you may have and highly encourage you to come by the office or give us a call.
Though we're sincerely sorry to hear that your experience with our community was not as positive as we would have hoped, we do appreciate your feedback. We assure you, the upkeep of our homes and the comfort of our residents are top priorities for our team; we strive to achieve this by providing exceptional service at every opportunity and we are saddened that you feel otherwise. Our community's fees and utilities are clearly stated in our lease and we apologize if you felt mislead in any way.
