Management here has zero control. They will tell you nice things, however they cannot fulfill many of their promises. They promised me several different things to convince me to stay, but in reality the didn't fulfill them. I am very disappointed in them. I spoke with higher up management and I found out they don't care about people renting here, they just care about earning as much money as possible. Also, your rent will increase each time you renew and the appliances are super old.
