Ok reading other reviews I've noticed some people who have been misinformed. Like Sex offenders, no there are no regestered sex offenders. You can check both the Utah and National regestry to find this out for yourself, and they do a background check to check not only for sex offence but for any felony. We Have been here about a year and we love it. There is alot of activity on the play grounds, and in the spring and summer there are always children and parents playing on the grounds, or at the super awesome pool. I would say there is normal ware and tare for the age of the apartments, and they are pretty basic, but who needs more than that? The staff and maintenence are very kind, efficiant and respectful. They have always helped us solve any issues that we have had, and went above and beyond what they had to do to accomodate. I am a true believer that if you are respectful, and you take good care of other peoples property they will be more apt to take care of you. Again we love it here. The neighbors are great, the pool is great, and the yard is great too.
