If you will notice the good reviews are all from the old management company. No more, the new management company needs to clean house. I feel badly for the leasing agents they look like they are as tormented by the office manager as the residents are. I would never recommend this complex to any one. The Office manager is hostile and inflexible, frequently complaining that 400 units are too many to manage. The goal from the manager seems to be to generate as many fees as possible. The latest one is to charge 15 dollars for renters insurance regardless of your renters insurance status. Many people don't catch the error until months later and no refund is granted. One resident tried to pay rent on the first office day of the mont, but was told it was late so they would be charged 180 dollars (a 150 late fee and a 30 dollar service fee). Issues like these were never an issue with the previous management company. I wish they would sell the property back to our former landlords, either that or fire the office manager.
