I lived in the River Oaks Apartments for a year and a half. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I especially felt like they cared about their tenants and wanted their time at River Oaks to be the best ever. The grounds are kept very clean and for the most part very secure. Any problem I did have was taken care of immediately. No questions asked. They even changed the light blubs. I was truly amazed at that. It is right by the I-15 and there is easy access to shopping. I really enjoyed my stay there.
