The staff is very friendly but the maintenance service isn't that good. Kids always play on the grass but there always are feces (pets), especially in winter time. The landscape screw is always start cutting around 0900 in the morning (unpleasant sounds for people working graveyard shift). Water, garbage, and parking are included in the monthly payment. Not like other places, have to pay separately. The additional parking is great.
