Having been a renter for over 10 years in three different states this is by far the worst place I ever lived. The first night there was a carbon monoxide leak in my apartment due to the maintenance crew making a dangerous shortcut. The issues with management, the grounds, safety, rowdy neighbors, crime, and maintenance were constant. The expenses I suffered in buying fans, paying more for electric for faulty air conditioning (which did not work for 2 days and maintenance did not respond which is a violation of renter's rights), to pay for fraud prevention when my mailbox was broken into (a federal crime), for replacing my license plate when it was stolen when parked in the parking lot was certainly not worth the seemingly lower rent cost. I have addressed these issues constantly with management and conditons only seem to get worse. They have had turn over of 4 managers in 10 months and they don't report or record issues when leaving. When signing my exit paperwork my contact record was blank. I called and provided e-mail contact information to the manager and did not receive a response to discuss these problems. This is a terrible property. My new apartment is worth every cent more and actually saves money versus what it cost me to merely survive this experience. Absolutely unacceptable conditions from the first night to the end.
