It is a nice quiet and safe community! I wish they would plant a few Azalea bushes or some weeping cherry blossom trees. They should not tow on weekends until the rental office is open on weekends. However it is a great community.

This community is small, quiet, and neighbors are friendlier than some apartments I've lived in. The buildings are older and the kitchens and bathrooms are in need of being updated. The pipes and fixtures tend to have ongoing issues with leaks.

I am asking if there is a premium on residents that have cats??. In our building the Crabtree family has many cats. Do they pay extra per month like we do for 2 dogs. Cats can be more destructive than dogs

Very good community, except for changing the carpet every so often, the rent keeps going up but the carpet never changes so are the appliance, my dish washer also needs to be changed otherwise everything has been fantastic
