Apartment Entered Left Unlocked 5 Day by Management
The Good: Maintenance responds quickly, great bus and shops access, the neighbors watch their pets, no smoking is enforced. The Bad: Exterior doors can be yanked open, as management knows but won't fix on all units. 2 murdered persons found within 2 blocks of my… See More >anonymous

Read prior to signing a lease.
Safety: As seen in previous reviews, there are many security issues with the building and the front door. You are informed that the wooden doors require a master key to enter; however, this is not true. The door is consistently unlocked and/or broken. All a… See More >fionaonafi@gmail.com

I don’t have any issues cause I take care of it myself
No one answers the phone. Okay Rats watch tv with me. I take care of them…. Real Real good. Battery is dead in all this high tech controls. Okay I take care of that too. People take all the parking space on those full moon… See More >anonymous

Do yourself a favor, and don't live here. It's cheaper for a reason
Affordable community to live in, and the maintenance people are quick and handy once they get your order. There are only two problems: bugs coming from the walls as it's an old building, I had to tape the whole floor between the walls to prevent… See More >anonymous

Be good to yourself & don’t live here
I moved here in December 2021. The pros about Foxchase are the convenience of the shopping center/grocery stores being walking distance, neighborhood quietness, being close to Old Towne, DC, and the National Harbor/MGM, and the maintenance team is quick to respond and friendly. The cons:… See More >susy_y

Good First Impression
I moved in 2 days ago and I freaked out about a hole under my kitchen sink. I called right away, and I got a call back from the property manager within an hour. It was fixed and sealed within 24 hours. He even came… See More >cookinwj@gmail.com

Rat Infested!
This place is infested with rats! There are droppings and trine in my kitchen and living room. They charge monthly for treatment that does nothing. Rats also chewed through my furniture! Not worth it at all!

We completed a coast to coast transfer from another property in Chicago and the process was seamless! A worker came in on a non-office day to make sure we got our keys and there were no issues with the move. It was much appreciated!

Overall, just value your money, and DO NOT RENT here, it does not worth the construction noise that you are hearing from the apartments being upgraded. People DO smoke here, you can smell it in the hallways, and in the area.
