I lived there over the summer, and was glad that I only had a three month lease. The rooms were pretty cheap, and the quality varied from room to room. The rooms were definitely need in some renovation, as they didn't even have microwaves, ice machines, and the bathrooms looked kind of run down. Bugs were certainly present, there was mold on my shower curtain, and half of my stove top oven burners did not work (and were not replaced). The Wi-Fi in the community room is nice.....when it works. Both the land connection and wireless internet connection can go out at anytime, for minutes or hours at a time. I usually ran into this problem 3-5 times a week, and was extremely frustrating. Parking is good before 7....after that, good luck. You can park in the street nearby, but it isn't the greatest area, and you have to be careful where you park. Even though the immediate area isn't great, there is a large shopping complex less than a mile away, and it's not far from Pentagon City. The staff was nice, but at the same time, could use improve with customer satisfaction.
