Glebe House Apartments
Resident · 2010
I had a hard time looking for apartments when I moved to the area and a relied heavily on apartment ratings to get me through the process. I never had a problem during my time at Glebe House, so I decided to post a note here for those possibly considering living there. Parking: I only had to park on the street two or three times over the course of a few months. There are a lot of spots that are reserved or handicapped, but it isn't too bad unless you get home really late. Noise: None out of the ordinary - doors opening and closing, but no loud and/or obnoxious neighbors. Grounds: I never saw any trash laying around, but there's also nothing fancy going on either. If you want the outside of your apartment to look pretty then this probably isn't the place for you. If you are more concerned about it being clean, safe, and well lit then this place does fine. Getting tired so ill get to the point - If you are looking for something cheaper than most places around here and does the basics well then this place is worth checking out. I really wanted a place that was clean, had a place for me to park my car, and wasn't too loud and it hit the spot. If I didn't need a larger apartment I would have stayed much longer.
