Nice spacious apartment, but relatively noisy. The garages are not kept clean. Dust bunnies everywhre along with dead birds. The balconies are a nesting place for the birds. The painting of the balconies was shoddy because a 9 year old could have done a better job. The bird droppings were painted over and not cleaned up before painted. Do we need to contact Office of Safety and Health Administration to get the property owner's attention?

The stairs in building 2, I believe the second level has the ceiling falling down on you if you're not careful when you're walking down to go to the office or the fitness center. It was repaired, but not done correctly, so, the ceiling is falling again. Watch out or the ceiling may fall on your head.

young people coming off the street using the pool, using the computers, and shooting pool. There were also young people in the pool room smoking. What is the purpose of having a key or fob if the doors are not secured at all times?

There was dog crap in the breezeway that stayed there for two or more weeks. Reported this to the office and nothing was ever done to get it removed immediately.

The property manager must feel it is beneath her to return resident phone calls. As a matter of fact, I am still waiting for a call from her sinc 2005. Have gone to the office and she rarely speaks as if to say, "go away, I don't have time to be bothered because I need a cigarette break". She and some of the staff spend more time smoking cigarettes than they do taking care of the residents' issues. As one other person wrote, it seems to be a bother for them to do their jobs. If they don't like people, then I sugges finding a job that they will not have to interact with people.

There is a false sense of security, because the gates are almost always not working and they have the audacity to advertise as a secure gated community. NOT. Security is something that we need not take for granted living in this community or any place else. We need to be security conscious at all times and not think that someone else has your back. Cars were broken into and the residents find out about it a month or so later that 20 plus cars were broken in. Residents should have been notified immediately once the leasing office found out there was a rash of break-ins happening.

Good place to live, but way too pricey. They lure you in with a decent advertised rental rate, once up for renewal, they raise the rent, triple the move in rate and what makes it so bad, is the manager does not allow much wiggle room. Look at the highest cost of rent on the internet, and it turns out to be lower than the renewal rate. How can this be?
