My wife and I lived in this complex for almost 3 years and really enjoyed our time here. As previous reviews have mentioned, management is extremely friendly and helpful in all situations. Whenever something broke, it was repaired immediately, sometimes within the same hour. The units are well cared for and management keeps the grounds and common areas looking flawless. Laundry rooms are locked and are plentiful. With parking passes, you always have a spot. The area around the complex is very busy, but close to almost anything you need transportation, food, or entertainment wise. After comparing this complex to others along Route 1, you'll see the difference and value. Not many places get a near perfect rating on this site - we found it through their high ratings also. Give them a call and you'll be thankful you did!
