Beware: Paper thin walls Leaks Constant odors , if someone is smoking pot upstairs you will smell it. I complained and nothing was done... this goes the same for your neighbors trash/cooking you will smell it... Soliciting is big in that area seems that everyday I have something new on my door that I have to throw away. The mailbox is extremely small No place to put in a washer and dryer The paint in the kitchen looks greasy. Who uses a gloss coat in a kitchen ? The upstairs apartments are not level, I can't put tables or other furniture in certain areas because it will tilt (seems very unsafe) I'm just glad I'm finally able to afford to move ! ***Military find a better place to spend your BAH ! I contacted the housing office on base and let them know NOT to recommend this place for troops for more reasons I did not state above.
