This is our first year here at Skyview, and already we can tell that it is a great place to live. The maintanence people are very friendly and respectful of your homes and the management is great as well. (We've had a couple of issues with our a/c and whatnot, but the problems were quickly addressed and rectified.) We are not bombarded with papers and mailings (like our last apartment did, we'd always have some sort of letters under our door) and we enjoy the community. Sometimes we can hear noise from the apartment above ours, but nothing from those living around us on the same floor, and no noise from the laundry room which is also on our floor. There are minimal bugs and absolutely no mice or rodents. They welcomed us and our cat and we don't plan on moving anytime soon!
