Right now is kind of a bad time for you to ask me this question because the old---- fire alarm system that goes off over nothing about once a month woke me up at 5am today and I'm pretty cranky about it. Y'all need to do something about the false alarms, because it's woken me up in the middle of the night multiple times now and it's so reliably about NOTHING that I have stopped responding to it. The water heater problem is also becoming extremely irritating. I know it must be hard to keep up with the morning shower demands of this many residents, but it is indescribably annoying to have to spend my entire morning shower chasing the water temperature "comfort zone" around as the hot water comes and goes and the water temperature does a sine wave up and down between "ow" and "brr" without ever SETTLING anywhere.
